Dates are one of the oldest cultivated fruits in the world and they have earned every bit of the reverence they receive. Naturally sweet, rich in fibre and loaded with minerals, they are a complete snack in themselves. One or two dates can satisfy a sweet craving immediately while actually doing something good for your body at the same time.

At Noha Harvest we stock quality dates that are genuinely soft and moist, not the dry hard ones that are often passed off as dates. The texture should be almost caramel-like and the flavour should be deep and sweet without being cloying.
