At Noha Harvest, we ensure that every order is handled with care and delivered with the same attention to quality that goes into curating our products.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India, except for certain non-serviceable locations.

In case your area is not serviceable, you will be informed at the time of placing the order.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1299

  • ₹50 shipping charge on orders below ₹1299

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • ₹50 COD charge applicable

  • COD not available on orders above ₹2500

Prepaid Orders

  • Enjoy additional benefits on prepaid orders (if applicable)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID

  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website

Please note: Tracking updates may sometimes be delayed due to system updates.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the order is not accepted:

  • It will be returned to us

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed as per policy

7. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate

  • Contact details are correct

Noha Harvest will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

8. Delays in Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics issues

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will keep you informed.

9. Order Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your delivery:

  • Please inform us before dispatch

  • Once shipped, rescheduling depends on courier partner availability
