Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Noha Harvest, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and freshness. As our products fall under food and consumable categories, we follow a careful return and refund process to ensure fairness and hygiene.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Product quality issue or defect

  • Product does not match the description

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging

  • A clear unboxing video is required showing:

    • Sealed package

    • Product condition

    • Any damage or issue

👉 Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible.

Important Notes

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

  • Products must be returned with original packaging and invoice

  • All returns are subject to quality inspection

2. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Important Points

  • No cash refunds will be provided

  • Orders placed under discounts/offers may not be eligible for refunds

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of refund

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If replacement is not available, store credit will be provided

  • Store credits (if issued) will be valid for a limited period

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • In rare cases, Noha Harvest may cancel an order due to availability or operational reasons — in such cases, a full refund will be issued

5. Damaged Product Claims

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share images/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Our team will review and arrange replacement/refund accordingly

6. Bulk & Corporate Orders

For bulk or corporate gifting orders:

  • Returns/refunds are applicable only in case of:

    • Product damage

    • Major quality issues

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Approval is subject to verification and proof
